About Us
Algorythme, located in Nashville TN, is the exclusive representive of Audio Consulting Switzerland's products for the North American market.
Konstantin Gregg-Saad of Algorythme and Serge Schmidlin of Audio Consulting have known one another for over 25 years, and when Konstantin moved from Switzerland to the US in early 2011, Serge suggested a cooperation . Et voila ! ... after a period of planning and set up, the demo systems arrived, were installed in the dedicated auditorium, and we were ready to go.
Algorythme does not distribute AC's line via High End retailers. We act as a regional subsidiary of sorts, and transact directly with our clients. As is the case already at the Swiss Location, clients can audition the product line on site in Nashville, and can discuss directly their particular desires as pertains to customization and finishes.
As our products are hand-made in Switzerland and are positioned in the upper end of the high-end market, we almost always insist on an audition so that the client is absolutely sure that “what he gets is what he hears”. With many of our clients we have typically customized products in order to take into account their specific system needs and aesthetic tastes. So, in addition to prolonged listening sessions over a day or two, a one-on-one discussion over a good glass of wine and a good meal is usually quite helpful.
Acquiring an Audio Consulting system is a major investment and, as such, we like to get to know our client’s needs, perspectives and goals with the aim of providing a uniquely exquisite listening experience that they will enjoy for a very long time ... one that will leave no doubt in their mind as to its pedigree and quality.
Philosophy
We would like to explain our Philosophy :
The time may have come to give you further information about how products are being developed and manufactured at Audio Consulting.
We choose to list a series of issues that we have accepted as guide lines over some three decades of R&D.
This list may be completed in the future.
If physical measurements are certainly important in what we do, the final word always comes to the ear.
